Just like physical first aid, we recommend MHFAiders® take the MHFA Refresher course every three years to ensure their mental health knowledge, awareness, and skills are up to date.

Investing in the MHFA Refresher course keeps your Mental Health First Aiders motivated, empowered, and confident to carry out their roles. It will give you the peace of mind that they can perform their duties effectively and make an impact in your workplace.

This course is designed for individuals who are already certified Mental Health First Aiders or who have completed a Level 3 Qualification in Mental Health.

*Eligibility and validity for attending the MHFA Refresher course depend on the original MHFA qualification held and the provider who delivered it - please ensure you hold the correct MHFA England qualification prior to booking*

Completing the MHFA Refresher with us gives your team ongoing membership to the Association of Mental Health First Aiders® – England’s first and only membership body of its kind. As well as access to ongoing learning and expert support, members gain the benefits of being part of a national movement for better mental health.

Delivery: This is an online course. Learning takes place through live training sessions and self-learning activities.

This session is subject to a minimum of 12 registrations and can accommodate up to 25 delegates.
