Perfect for complete beginners, this class will guide you through the basics of yoga in a straightforward, down-to-earth way. No pressure, no nonsense, just movement, breath and a chance to check in with your body and focus on you.
We’ll take things slow and steady, focusing on simple movements, conscious breathing and reconnecting with your body in a kind, supportive way. Whether you’re looking to stretch out stress, build strength or just create an hour of calm in your week, you’ll find a safe space here to explore at your own pace.
Over the five sessions you’ll experience:
- Beginner-friendly postures to gently wake up muscles, build strength, mobility, balance and flexibility.
- Breathwork to help settle your nervous system and quiet the mind.
