Weekly Wellbeing - Evening Meditation and mindful movement

This wellbeing session offers a calming blend of breathing techniques and gentle mindful movement, designed to be accessible whether you're seated in a chair or standing. The session ends with a guided relaxation helping you to settle your mind and release tension from the body.
You can join at any point during the 45 minute session and can drop in for the part that you want or stay for the whole session. The timings are:
6.30pm - Welcome and settling in
6.30pm - 6.45pm - Guided meditation
6.45pm - 7.00pm - Mindful movement, chair based yoga
7.00pm - 7.15pm - Guided relaxation
All are welcome.
