Start Meditating

If you've ever been curious about meditation, used an app to guide you but struggled or enjoyed a 'guided' meditation experience but don't want to rely on drop in sessions to help you find a sense of calm, then we would love you to join the Start meditating course. 

 

This is a four-week introductory course that gives you the tools to incorporate a short meditation practice into your daily life. During the four weeks you'll learn about the benefits of meditation and be introduced to short meditation practices. 

 

Each week we will meet together in a group setting on Zoom spending 40 minutes delving into different aspects of breath, body and mindful awareness techniques. During the sessions, you’ll get to put into practice what you've learnt. This course is open to everyone, no meditation experience is required. 

 

You'll receive resources during the course to help you cultivate a short meditation practice outside of the group sessions.
