The Wednesday wellbeing session gives you an opportunity to take 15 minutes out of your day to pause and re-set with a guided meditation led by Joanna. 

The first few minutes allow you to settle, then move into a guided breathing exercise and a few moments of calming meditation. Beginners are welcome and no previous meditation experience is required. This is a session for everyone. 


Sessions will be 1pm to 1.15pm each week and will give those who attend the opportunity to take a lunch time pause.
